Wrong Date of exit marked in EPFO

Hi folks.

My previous employer had marked incorrect date of exit in EPFO portal whereas my relieving letter has the correct details mentioned.

I am planning to switch soon and it's taking lot of time to rectify the date in portal.

Do HRs accept such cases? Has anyone been through this? I was only employed for 2 months in this org.

Bro HR is ready to help but it's taking time. The have to update some company related docs to EPFO. And then the process would start

Either call the HR and ask them to fix it or you can raise a request via epfo grievance they'll help you if you have valid and honest proof
