XMCareer transition from non tech to tech.

Hello peeps. I need genuine advise. I am a Talent Acquisition professional with 2 yrs of experience. However, I want to switch in the tech field. I am skilled in Python DSA and SQL. How are chances for me to get hired in tech?? What roles should I apply for?? My location is Pune.
