Your Idea about Online MBA ?

Context: I am into Marketing, Age 30. I can’t afford to leave my job due to some responsibilities. I feel career growth has become stagnant because I don’t have MBA.

Would you suggest me to do Online MBA? Is there any other way?

Most of the companies wants MBA only. I was not eligible for many job openings because of this. It might give you an edge.
