He was previously the biggest proponent of WFH. This analysis also shows that engineers earlier in their career perform better on average when they work in-person with teammates at least three days a week Looks like most companies will kill WFH long term 🤕
Amazon, oracle, meta, all the big ones are forcing RTO for silent layoff and bcoz these people have to listen to investors or politicians. This is what I’ve read.

Find yourself remote work, plenty of companies still offer full remote work at good pay, I’ve never worked from office in last 6 years
