A startup for premium school pickup and drop cabs for children 💡
I have been thinking about this lately of how the private cab services over fill the cabs with students and are of very bad quality, in summers students get drenched in sweat in their uniform . So if someone was to start a service of providing premium cab service with ed-tech infotainment screens installed and an app to track when a student was seated in cab , and dropped of to school with all car details and driver details and number of students so that parents can track everything.. How does it sound? Do you think it will work ?

No, it will not work. Ultra rich guys can send their own vehicles, and medium rich guys will rely on official School/college transport.

Medium rich can also send Uber/Ola for their kids, and there is an Uber Bus service too now.

True Story Someone I know tried it. 50L down the drain in NCR. Local cabs are also muscle/goons. Started with 3 wingers on Lease. aC cabs. WhatsApp alerts. Was working on app also. Local school cab bie, drove his 20yr old Omni into winger. Rest was history.

Very hard to execute. Kids in school want to look cool and parents want convenience and safety. If you can solve both then maybe yes.
