A suggestion

Those who get burned out by Kannadiga's possession towards Kannada can go for Hyderabad, Pune or Chennai for IT jobs. Bangalore is no more an only option as before. Additionally IT sector is rapidly growing in other cities like Noida, Lucknow, Gurgaon etc, explore other options as well.

I have heard Chennai too has similar issues. Hyderabad in comparison is far better, never faced any regionalism or language related issues here, no obsession or compulsion about Telugu language. There is a slight regionalism issue in Pune too.
