Understanding Blr real estate

Hey folks, planning to buy a house within 2 to 3 crores in Bangalore. I'm open to 2.5 and 3 BHK options. Generally looking to any are in North, Central and Southern Bangalore. Most importantly the housing society should be amazing. Doesn't matter whether its new or old. What suggestions/ideas do you have?

I'm New to investing in houses. Can people here share their takes on Blr and different locations in it?

Especially in a city like Bangalore where you spend 5 days in office Clubbing is not an option every weekend, considering how expensive clubs are and how antisocial I am What can we do apart from scrolling phone Or binging content indefinitely? I'll be moving to Blr for 2-3 months, have to WFO, office in Whitefield. I'm very confused about finding an accommodation. Could you suggest any reliable sources where I can find accommodation and what areas will provide an affordable yet good accommodation. I searched for PGs and flats, PGs seem too congested and seem too overpriced, while flats have high deposit and lock ins.

I am currently in my mid 30s and I am thinking of purchasing a property near sarjapur road, and currently working as a software engineer in Bangalore, so I want to take the expert opinions of unsung heroes of the finance domain on grapevine. I have already paid the booking amount but still want to make sure I am making the right decision.

Mid 30s, single, been in Koramangala (and Bangalore) for 3.5 years now. Absolutely love the society I live in. There’s a 2BHK available for sale 1300 sq feet. 1.5 cr. 15 year old building. Great location. Low rise. I’m not sure of my future plans so unsure of how long I’ll be living here. Could be forever, could plan on moving a few years down the line. Unable to decide if it makes sense to buy or keep renting. Rental yield is ~4.1%. What kind of an appreciation cal I expect on 1.5cr in the next 5-10 years. Help me make an informed decision!

Moving to BLR in Dec for work. Office is in MG Road. I want my commute time to be 30-40 minutes max (in metro). Q1) What places should I look for renting a studio/1bhk at around 15k-18k rent? Q2) What should budget be for fully furnished? Q3) Any broker or homeowner reccos? Thanks in advance! 🙏🏼
