MBA at 39 is a bit of a gamble. If you think you have the skillet to take on CxO positions and can pivot to private sector culture, you can give it a shot but be aware that such jobs can very likely come only through referrals. You should also target only the Tier 1 colleges for MBA, preferably the Top 4 IIMs.
