They fired almost 50% of the workforce Aug 2022: 20% Nov 2022: 22% Feb 2023: 7% Leaders lie about not having anymore layoffs and they also ensure that we can’t talk about layoffs if we want the severance via NDA.

Dodged another bullet and survived another layoffs! But it's a total bloodbath and teams were ripped apart. Lost 5 team members including my manager! It's not gonna be an easy path ahead. Things look pretty uncertain. Team shuffles, manager to IC conversion and new remit!

Around 30% of the staff have been laid off. Some teams have been completely laid off. This is after the layoffs of around 15% around November/December last year.

Shadowfax laid of approx. 100 employees in December and January combined. 10-15 % of folks were from senior roles. I would call it a smart layoff.
