Poor WLB; needs advice
Joined a startup as a fresher now about to complete a year. Joined in thinking of good learning and growth. But now I'm suffering from a very poor WLB. Any company leads for a switch? Or things which I can do. Good in NLP, Statistical modelling and also know about LLMs.
