Looks like a typo. 16Lakh became 1.6Cr
Unlikely.
A) Either the typo is on lakh to crore in which case it should read 16 crore not 1.6 crore
OR
B) typo is on the figure from 16 to 1.6 in which case it should read 1.6 lakhs not 1.6 crore
P(A)~€ /\ P(B)~€
Where I'm denoting the pound sign as epsilon which is assumed to be a very small near 0 positive real number in real analysis. As one wouldn't expect either typo from Zomato offer rollout team especially given the number of checks and balances the offer letter goes through.
Hence, P(A|B)=P(B|A)<<€.
Near impossible.

They are a pretty shitty company tbh. Not a surprise why the IITs have banned them from placements.
Not sure if it's too far but the marketing is working. Unsure how they're able to offer 1.6cr to a PhD fresher when the most that Amazon is offering is ~0.6cr
