How do i evaluate/negotiations offer during such recession?
The HR was downplaying on me on the availability of talent and recession story. They say we are frugal and we wont fire people. Should i take cut from my current or ask for match or raise?
If you’ve existing offers from a company with good revenue, and are on path to profitability then you should definitely negotiate
