Another startup?!

Hey buddies, Looking for a tech company to build an AI based Web App for Masses. This is into Edtech only. Please share references!

This might be a lame post altogether but here I go. I have had an idea of a product / platform since about an year it targets primarily a category of small scale localised businesses(no not grocery stores but similar nontech domain where the tech is the enabler), what I have achieved (my background is 2year exp backend engineer) in the last year is a minimum viable backend of the same and a market fit survey with about 10 local businesses (who were interested) Now coming to block am facing right now is with business/legal formalities to actually make it official, don’t really know where to start looking for even guidance on “how to start” with those legal “stuff”. Another thing thats equally annoying is whoever I want to make this idea happen with always seems to interested and invested at start few days and eventually they fade out with no actual output of excuse of being busy, am not really what am doing wrong here. In my mind why I need a cofounder is to handle the frontend(this is what feel I need cofounder for). Any advise from anyone who are willing share some of their thoughts?

Let's test our developers out here. Type: same business model as amazon. Market: india Requirements: user facing application, seller portal and an admin dashboard. Considering the requirements, what can be best suited tech stack for frontend and backend. P.s. this product is backed by a huge VC.

I might sound stupid here but please hear me out. The market is crowded with so many startups in every domain. Older startups are much more stable, on track to become profitable or are already profitable with a huge market share. Not to forget the legacy companies with deep pockets and years of R&D and experience. Along with the competition, funding is another major pain point now because of various reasons we all know of. Also, somewhere I feel we don't face a lot of burning problems we faced a few years back which gave birth to a lot of startups who were actually solving some problem. Most of the new age startups out there are not really solving any problem but just offering premium products or services targeting just the high earning individuals. Most of the new ideas are repetitive with no major differentiation or value add. Because of all these reasons, I feel we might see very few new startups in future let alone successful ones. Share your thoughts please!

What all ideas you came across recently that you found very interesting? I am just looking to get some perspectives.

My wife is keen on launching a job portal similar to platforms like naukri, shine, iimjobs, and instahyre. We're searching for dedicated and meticulous tech enthusiasts to join her in this venture. Salaries will be provided upfront every 15 days in cash. The workspace is situated in our home's basement in Greater Kailash, with Kailash Colony metro being the closest station.
