Reading these, Bengal and Karnataka news, it seems fair that Central government and state government should be same. 
 The country is aligned on one track.

Yup, for what I know Delhi is just a case of misuse of power for political benefits - like bringing no-confidence motions against your own government to avoid court dates to answer for your crimes.
