Accenture Communication Assessment

I did not perform very well in my Accenture communication assessment. Would I get rejected on this basis? How much weightage does the communication assessment have? I am getting very anxious about it.

This Accenture Communication Assessment is an online test and is designed to check a candidate’s English language capabilities, i.e., the spoken language. It checks for the candidate’s proficiency in English, in terms of pronunciation, fluency and vocabulary. Since good communication abilities are an imperative in the operations at Accenture, this test is important. Fluency in English is a key criterion for this test. It is necessary to be well prepared as this is also considered part of the elimination round. Though the candidate’s confidence, past projects and skills are also considered by the interview panel, this test holds a lot of weightage too.

Communication skills are crucial. I've seen individuals being removed from UK and US-based projects due to poor communication skills.

The communication assessment is important, but it's not the only factor. Other aspects like project work and skills also matter. Focus on improving and balancing your strengths. Don't stress too much.
