Fixed salary - 25 Lpa Variable - 0% to 27% Exp: 7 years and 4 months
Do you think salary is decent, as I was getting approx 21.5 LPA at IBM including PF , no variable at band 7B
25 LPA fixed is a good jump from 21.5 LPA, especially with the variable component. If the role excites you, it's worth considering
