Pressure might depend on project. But Pay in can talk about TCS. 10* exp getting in only 3.5% hike I.e. 1LPA and even the performance bounce for grade less than c2 is almost 100% above that is 50%.. check your variable pay. I joined tcs because it was lesser than Accenture.
