Advice

I'm working in TCS for 1yr and benched entirely. I'm fed up now and looking for a job/internship in startups. Do u guys think that I should quit immediately or leave after getting a offer? And what do u all think about TCS pay of 23k per month for entry level associates?

Your initial days of your career are crucial to learn and get exposed to a lot of technologies. My suggestion would be to shift jobs immediately. But resigning without an offer in your hand depends on your current financial state.

Meanwhile spend as much time as possible in learning and preparing for interviews.

You can. Best way is to keep your linkedin profile updated.

You have no reason to be at TCS but if they've benched you, you've got ample time to find a job so keep it and take the pay.

Start applying asap.

Stay back and learn in your free time. Your time is still being counted as experience on paper. Unless you have good exposure to at least in one technology, it is really difficult to get into another company. Try finding project in your area of interest. Make friends. Try to learn even if you’re not onboarded and after sometime as per of level of comfort put that in CV.. Quit only when you get some offer.

Switch karo but patiently. Try for 6mo till you find atleast 50k+ salary with a decent MNC/ start-up.
