advice needed?

experienced chartered accountants of grapevine, what did you do to drastically increase your package?

I'm a fresher chartered accountant and I have been seeing a lot of posts of people with less than 5 years of experience with packages upwards of 30 lpa, I want to know how they upscale or did they do anything different to achieve this?
