Migraine pain
How do you guys deal with migraine pain? I have been on medications since the past 4 months and the day I stop taking medicines, my pain comes back.
The meds are suppressant not the cure. My wife has migraine and asthma. These will trigger and are lifestyle dependent. We left Blore (pollen grains, more cold) moved to mumbai due to my work - more humid but breezy due to coast.
She worked on her food & health, lost 10-12kgs. Asthma hasn’t triggered for 8 months, migraine once in a 3 months, mostly due to sudden sunlight or noisy construction work.
My practical advise: Leave Delhi / NCR - the air, heat and climate are biggest silent killers.

Also, I would like to highlight one point. I'm very happy to see that you're also very supportive here. Your wife must be very happy.
Once I left my job, my ex colleague reached out to me saying that he really liked me however the workplace factor resisted him from reaching out to me. However, when he reached out to me, we had a nice conversation for a few days, and then he got to know that I have migraine.
The next day, he stopped contacting me and even deleted my number.
I felt bad, I felt as if no one would accept me with this health issue.
