Hi guys,
So I've been working as an AI Engineer at an early stage startup. We don't have a lot of full time employees so I'm delved into maintaining the building of our product while building it. Like, even my founder has asked me to look at my role from a Product Manager's POV and handle things.
I am creating PRDs, building analytics, keeping in loop with other developers and my Founders to keep everyone informed. Feature prioritisation, timeline management, cost analysis, you name it and I'm doing it.
I've grown a liking to the responsibilities and I've been wanting to shift away from coding. I want to explore becoming a Product Manager.
