People who immigrate to Canada are a very small fraction of our native workforce. Those who immigrate there are generally untrained people looking for up skill and joining the blue collar jobs layer on. What will hurt Canada is if students come back. That is something we can do as a nation, because this all khalistani nijjar nonsense is actually local politics, when the Canadians start getting their wallet hurt, that will do something. We should regulate the Canadian educational certificate in India. Since the Canadians degrees won't be eligible for a job in India then people have to reconsider going to Canada. Either get the job in Canada or anywhere else but India and with growing nationalist sentiments all over it'd be hard for them to get citizenship.
They paid 20-30lakh to escape india and get to a first world country and build a life , why would anyone come back to a third world country? if u made a decision to spend lakhs to leave it?
