I have 5 years of experience in selenium java automation I am not getting any offer more than 13 -15 LPA What should I do? Should I change my skill Any suggestions which carrer path would be better I am ready to invest a year.
Automation testing is valuable. Upskill in areas like AI, ML, or DevOps. Consider certifications. Market conditions are tough, but 13-15 LPA is reasonable for 5 years. Focus on continuous learning.
