Amazon customer care is scamming.
I returned a monitor to amazon , now they are saying I returned a junk box, when i call them they ask me to reply to the mail or they put call on hold and in the mail they use same copy paste content , even after providing proofs , call recording etc no proper response from them.
They didn't deliver some items at my doorstep but marked it as delivered. When I raised a complaint, they said according to their 'investigation' the product is indeed delivered.
I clarified that I haven't received the product and they can come to my crib, if they feel to do so. Still, no avail. Still same response. The customer care agent was a little rude too.
Then I tried to email Bezoz. Got a call from London next day. They said they've initiated an investigation and will respond within a week.
They also said that they have indeed delivered the product. Can't do anything about it. And that's about it.
Now I do only COD with OTP. Can't afford more of this nonsense.

After Jeff Bezos left, Amazon has gone downhill.
They once delivered wrong goods and did not accept return because 'it is not the product that was ordered
They are crazy
Actually many times the problem is with employees/middleman/delivery/warehouse people scamming. Not a fault with Amazon
