Can anyone from Amazon help me regarding OFM team? I have tried everything, but their service team is on a broken record on chat, calls, email.
My delivery was incompletely delivered (only 2 out of 4 items delivered). I escalated on the Customer care chat and calls. I sent the photos of the delivery with date & name as they had asked.
I received email from OFM@amazon.in saying, "We know that occasional problems with orders are expected in the normal course of business. However, the number of refunds for damaged items in your account exceed the expectation and is in violation of our conditions of use policy." I have never returned or asked refunds from Amazon in the past 4-5 years. So for them to tag me feels to be a big mistake.
After this all calls to customer teams say that their investigation said that the delivery was complete and nothing will be resolved. I had 6-8 calls but all specialists say the same. There is no escalation possible now.
But the delivery was incomplete! I carefree took the delivery with the OTP because it's Amazon, they generally deliver and customer service resolves the rare issues. But this order was a but expensive and has been a nightmare.
After this I would be forced to order COD and ask the delivery guy to open the parcel everytime. Prepaying for delivery is done for.
Can anyone from Amazon help out regarding the OFM team here?
