Got selected as a Senior BIE (BIE 3). What salary can I expect at L6. Current details below:
Experience - 8.5 years
Current CTC - 40.75LPA (fixed) + 10% to 21% variable + ~33L ESOPS

Anyone aware of the role and pay difference between Amazon Data Engineer and Business Intelligence Engineer for L5 role? Checked with couple of contacts in those roles and both say similar roles while pay seems to at least 30 to 40% less...
