Amazon Senior BIE (BIE 3) L6 Offer Expectation?

Got selected as a Senior BIE (BIE 3). What salary can I expect at L6. Current details below:

Experience - 8.5 years

Current CTC - 40.75LPA (fixed) + 10% to 21% variable + ~33L ESOPS
