First round happened in March. 130-140 engg. Around 40 engg were fired. Then some silent layoffs happened in different teams like hr. Then Few good enggs left the company. This week another round happened with around 20-25 enggs
Edit: I was also a part of this layoff.
My points about the company:
Pms are really good on paper[background and qualifications] but building good product wise : bad.
Faced a few issues like management and task assignment was really bad. We rarely had any proper planning.
All things were p0. They never used to revisit the features they used to build and never told devs how it is working or how is revenue looking like.
Help: can u guys tell me which laptop should I buy now? Company gave MacBook pro m1 15 inch and took it now. I can buy on emi with price: 1-1.5 lakh. Looking for personal use, some dev work nothing heavy as of now, some music production after 4-5 months.
