All Founder’s Office people at my organisation got laid off including me. Looking for a role in the same domain.
Excuse my ignorance, what do you mean by founder's office?
Assistant to the regional manager
Founder's office is basically helping out the CXOs with stuff ranging from strategy/fund raising to early execution on 0 to 1 projects
Can be very vague, depending on the needs of the org.
Decently high paying and at the right startup very rewarding

Scheduling useless calls for founders and massaging their ego by saying "what an idea sirji!" every few hours.
