I am hearing that meta India might soon have a layoff. Can any insider confirm about this?
Guys, heard anything about meta layoffs in India? A WSJ report today said that Meta will start its layoff drive globally this week 😐
15% are being given Below Expectations rating and are being offered mutual seperation with 3 Months salary.
The mid year ratings are supposed to just give a direction but this year's layoff is happening on its basis.
Reports that there could be a 3rd round of layoffs at meta. Also there have been rumors that Amazon could layoff more people.
This month could come with more bad news
Seems there's another moment happening. Unclear how many affected but if refer to internal reports then Realty Labs and Monetization people affected.
