You can directly invest via the stock broker you use. Held REIT units of Embassy for 2 years, back when lot size was 200, now you can even buy 1 unit Returns are low but there’s a quarterly out pay of dividends/interest No fixed tenure, you can buy and sell them anytime
I use the Kite app from Zerodha.

Has anyone invested in property via REIT how are the returns and overall performance compared to other property investment.
Embassy REIT looks promising with several good and already occupied tech parks being part of the portfolio.
Pretty much the title only.... I've been told that loan interest price will pretty much offset any capital appreciation.
I want to explore real estate; Given that I don't want to do any lump sum investment, Emi is the only option left. ...
