application still in progress in portal

I have applied for a big tech company. Out of 3 rounds, My first round was completed 10 days back got a positive feedback from the interviewer.

Now when i see my profile, i can see the status in the process with today's date.

I searched the job in the portal, there it is showing as a position already filled and no longer accepting applications.

What does it mean?

My question is if the position is already filled then i should get a rejection mail. I have interviewed this company last year, if the profile is in progress then i will get a interview invite.
