Applying for jobs in foreign countries

Hi everyone, Recently I have been thinking about applying for a job in foreign countries. I work in infosec and just wanted to know how you guys know which company will sponsor the visa?

Cause I have never seen in the job description anything related to job description.

Should I just simply apply to all the locations?

Any suggestions or any website which tells that these companies sponsor visas?

Don't take it the wrong way, but do a self-assessment first. You need to be pretty damn good at what you do to get a sponsored visa, cuz what's stopping them from hiring someone locally? Also try getting some referrals first. When filling up the application, they usually ask if you require a visa or not.

While you continue to search for jobs in companies willing to sponsor visa. I would suggest to decide on a country and start preparation for PR. Most of the people I know got PR first and then got job (since companies didn't have to bother about visa)

Else you will need to search for companies in developing countries or middle east, it will be easier to get visa sponsorship.
