Are any companies adopting any newer and modern technologies or are they sticking with what they have?
Companies are picking the tech that is required to solve their problems.
It may be Spring for some, for some it may be RoR, for some it may be Rust/Go.
The problem defines the tech.
I want to learn svelte but it is not used in the industry, demotivation hits in when no one is even looking for a svelte developer.
Search for some open source projects using svelte. Svelte is new.. and will need some time before it proliferates. You can try asking on the svelte subreddit, which companies are using it.
Till then React gets the job done.
Explain newer and modern technology
In our current state for front end development, react is the big dog and the 2 runner ups are vue and angular but other frameworks like svelte and solid.js are newer and are a lot more simple to use and easy to understand (im trying to learn front end development so this is the best example i know).
They are sticking to old. Working in the company I am nothing seems to change
