Are CGM sensors like Ultrahuman worth it?

I keep getting a lot of ads from Ultrahuman, HealthifyMe etc about their CGM sensors.

Does it really help to lead a fitter lifestyle or is it a thing to try just once?

If you don't want to, its a pointless expense.
