I’ve been suffering from this all my life. My confidence has improved over time, but there are times when I still feel this returning. How do you guys n gals deal with this at work?

So I had the same problem while JEE prep, thinking people without coaching are also scoring the same, without study material, I won't reach there.. But during placements, it has helped me a lot to think that, I prepared for the company fair and square. I gave my best and have been rejected multiple times. Now that I've been finally selected, I belong here. They know my positives and negatives and they think I'll have a meaningful impact still. So there's no need to feel like an imposter, because 'I belong here', fair and square

Imposter Syndrome

Yesterday,when i was about leaving my odc, i was called my manager in the conference room. he discussed about my perfromance and soon, he puts me into the belief of my bad performance , despite knowing numberos of appreciation from customer and time deliverbale, and post disucssion, i moved out and by the time, i reached to the parking area, i was completely into the sense of imposter syndrome. How to deal with this ?

Seeing colleagues getting promoted while your contribution goes unnoticed. Working on projects that none of your peers care about. Figuring out the balance between work and personal life. Regret of ignoring physical health due to work. There are endless reasons that can trigger the imposter syndrome. How are you guys coping up with this?

Imposter syndrome

Started working in a new org two months back as a PM. while discussing new requirememts with the tech I am always affraid that whatever I am saying is correct or not. As I am not familiar with all the systems. Sometimes during sprint planning tech will tell me or my manager would say you missed this scenario or this functionality works like this so we may have some issue in approach you are taking. I feel like everyone is judging me if I am making any mistake. No idea how to overcome this , pretty low on confidence now a days and keep on thinking am I good enough ?

Most people suffer from imposter syndrome wherever they go, for the first time at my new workplace - i don't have imposter syndrome. is this a good sign? I always felt if I do have imposter syndrome it means I'm striving for something beyond my means. If I don't feel it, does it mean I can do better?
