Moonlighting
Is Moonlighting common at Start-ups? How is the work culture at Start-ups, in my startup where i am working, the work culture is too bad, it seems no one cares about the company. Everyone has their own priority and they are using the company for their growth.

It's pretty common in non branded start-ups. I feel this would be hardly the case when we are talking about bigger companies.
But when it comes to lesser brand names, I guess compensations and non-monetory rewards are not that great. People do want to switch to better brands and higher paychecks.
I see Faang people doing the most moonlighting. Work in most startups is pretty hectic so you don't even get the time to find other jobs or revenue streams.
