I have a job interview coming up and want to get everything right this time. Would appreciate any suggestions. I usually start by telling where I've done my college from and then talk about the work I've done at my current firm. Anything more that I should add?

Im not proud of this. But i was slacking off my work by working on a single feature the whole week. I could’ve finished the development part in 3 days. But i was not having motivation to work. Rather i was spending my time playing xbox 😑

Working through the night How often times does it happen that your team's app crosses ₹10 mil revenue mark in a day. Certainly, the number is too less in the indian startup ecosystem. We did so today, and will continue to do so over the next few days 🇮🇳. The scale has been so unprecedented that all kinds of mythical charts like hockeystick and exponential has come into play. The system seems to be quite stable (we spent the last night scaling every single component and optimising indexes) and payments have seen such high throughputs that PGs upstream have been asked to scale their services. We don't burn like crazy startups spotted around the scene yet the scale in traffic has been so smooth and reliable that the Devops and Backend engineers are just so proud. On the risk of sounding this post as a marketing stunt, I just want to put in that we are hiring senior engineers and if you love the thrill of startup, you will certainly thrive. Ps - Tomorrow is the D-Day 🙂

As in title

I am a budding s/w developer. Out of my curiosity and zeal to learn and to sharpen my skill i built a product delivery framework for the organisation I worked on contract for the past 2 years. Which somehow went on to have a bigger impact on the organisation's product delivery timelines. I thought I had accomplished something today with my ability but then came a shock to me. My reporting manager who i used get approval for having few permissions from the upper management for implementing such a framework has procured the documentation of the framework and pitched the framework among the pm as it was his own idea and effort even he changed the documentation author to his name( that org hardly writes docs for their products) and pitched the framework accross the org and got all the appreciation without putting any effort into it. This is a great learning for me and a good experience for the people who are reading it. My advice to young s/w engineers whichever org you work your idea and thinking will be fresh and innovative It's better to save your idea and effort for the later stages of your career in the org once you get some sort of ownership on what you work so that you can't depend on your levels who just approach you in the intention to steal your efforts always. True hard work always has a reward. You thought I was ending it here but no . I had plotted plans to screw him over stay tuned...

By what age did you achieve this? And how did you manage to do it? Did life change for you post that?

1. Fancy talks from founders such as ownership, independence, building for next generation, speed etc 2. Learn new tech 3. Glofiying working at odd hours 4. Don't talk about stress and anxiety Start ups are not for weak heart and normal humans who have life after work. It's only for people who will give up their life to build somone else dream. As a human, what are you proud of in your life today? Be it anything that you did for yourself, your family, or for anyone else for that matter. Looking for answers from the more experienced ones more, as how the parameter of pride/joy changes as you face and experience life more :)

Starting from scratch and who started first hands-on coding. What mistakes you all made in the process. How many developers went on to write code for it. How many days it took to complete each of their works. Make it a story thread starting from who did architecture and lead. Please share your story!
