How many actual users are there on grapevine? Is it similar like blind app in west?

Sounds about right looking at the activity
Sort your feed by ‘recent’ and check the number of posts that are recent. So I’d say recently the user base has increased a lot

Also cant say if the users associated with co are real, anyone can change tag to apple/ms/tesla lol
Interesting. The question is how tho? You could have the user respond to an email from their workplace email ID, but there will be folks who don’t have that.
