How’s 10-15% annual hike after basically building the whole feature set for the company. Are the markets really bad for startups too, or are they using the big tech layoffs as an excuse
It depends on the absolute #s. If you are at 20 LPA in a series B+ SaaS, that’s a low-to-median raise.
If you are 50+ LPA in a Decacorn, any appraisal is a positive.
