Need house hunting tips for mumbai

Just as the title says, how on earth were you able to find a decent flat/pg? I'll be moving to Andheri East next week and I have been trying hard to find affordable renting options but haven't been able to. The properties are either way too expensive, ask for way too high security deposit or just don't prefer bachelors. Brokerage is also a problem. What helped you all in finding a decent flat? Any leads would be helpful. TIA!

Tried NoBroker premium subscription. More than 6-7 listings were fake and the other ones were already rented out. Waste Any other apps / ways to do the same ???

Been searching for flats for almost a month and did not anticipate it to be so difficult to find a flat with good ventilation and sunlight in what I think is a good budget. Last night in my dream also I was looking for a flat. P.S. did not get one even in my dream🥲

I am looking for a 2 BHK in and around Rajarajeswari nagar. I am not getting good leads in any of the online websites like Nobroker, 99acres or so. Any other tips that anyone can share for house hunting? Thanks in advance.

I’m looking for flats / decent PGs near Vikhroli West / Powai / Andheri East preferably. It’s been pretty hard to find them. I thought of trying out some co living spaces such as Stanza Living, but the reviews are mixed so I’m unsure. I’m trying NoBroker and other stuff too, but nothing decent yet. What would you suggest is the best way for someone to go about this process, as I’m new to everything Mumbai.
