All the bosses trying to force employees to WFO when things can be easily done WFH. These bosses simply cannot WFH with their spouses & kids. At home they’re harassed & have no saying. So they harass their subordinates 🤡🤡
A lot of middle management realised they aren’t needed anymore because their underlings can work fine without micromanagement.
It’s them who are pushing for return to office so they don’t lose relevance.
