How to layoff people without a layoff
Just when you thought it couldn’t get worse, the HR is trying to impose a 9 hour work day, which is mapped using biometrics. Anything less and you’re marked a half day. Lol.
I heard there is a lot of harassment otherwise also. Is it true?
I guess in some teams, but it’s rare to find super healthy sales team at this scale..
These HR people after getting fired will get a taste of ATS working and hopefully they will be able to differentiate between applicant and terrorist 😂
