What non-technical/ non-engineering roles are paid handsomely by tech MNCs

Do you ever think MBA roles will ever see the high pays that software folks had in the covid era (and to some extent have now too)?

Specifically a question to all the t1 tech clg grads (mainly software engineers) earning 1l+ pm out of clg with a lot of scope for growth. Post mba avg salary is 1.5l per month. I can understand ppl desperate for a career change and non tech ppl who are underpaid and don't really have ab option but it baffles me why well paid folks would shell out 30lakhs kr take the burden of loan just to learn how to appear smarter than you actually are instead of investing it for a meagre salary increase that can be achieved by job switches. I'd love to hear any insights about ppl who've already been in the space. Why u did, salary PRE post sector etc

Hey everyone, seeking some career advice here. So, I've been grinding away in the risk domain at a big financial services MNC for about 2 years now ( have total experience of 5 years from similar companies), pulling in around 30 lakhs INR. Recently, I got a bit curious about what else is out there, so I started poking around. But here's the kicker – every HR rep I chat with says my pay is cool, but they're eyeing up MBA grads from fancy schools for the budget I'm looking out for. Thing is, I know my stuff. I've snagged awards, jumped up the ladder faster. But now I'm starting to sweat about whether my lack of an MBA is gonna bite me in the rear down the line. Plus, with all the chatter about layoffs, I'm low-key freaking about whether my gig here is as solid as I thought. Any advice on how to navigate this maze? Should I bite the bullet and go for that MBA, or stick to my guns and trust that my track record speaks for itself? Appreciate any wisdom y'all can drop!

Hello GV friends, please suggest the names of some software companies that will pay more than 70+LPA base/cash for 15 YOE Engineer for senior engineering roles (Staff / Sr Staff / Principal Engineer or Architect roles). I (M22) currently have about 8 months (2023) of SWE experience working at a European tech company making roughly 12Lpa. I am planning of going for a MBA in the next 2-3 years but only if I get into a top b-school. I am highly ambitious and hope to climb the MANGA corporate ladder to a C suite/exec level position in the next 15-20 years. Will an MBA make sense for my goals and what sort of roles do tech giants usually hire for from top iims/isb and the likes? Is going for a MBA going to fast track my career or should I just grind the swe -> sdm -> director path with just a B.Tech degree ( Tier-2 private university)
