HR wasted my time

I'll go first. I got a call for an APM role from one of the companies which did sound pretty sketchy and the recruiter was started bullying me into answering questions, when I asked to know more about the role. The recruiter was extremely unprofessional, and obviously the conversation was nowhere great. They however, did go ahead and sent me the JD and other links, etc to fill in and apply for the job. Mind you, I hadn't applied for the job. 🥲 It just was a pretty sour conversation which had left me in an uncertain situation. Any similar experiences?

In last 30 days or so three times I was in the situation where hiring people said I will send your offer letter by eod, which obviously didn’t happen. In fact the position is kept on hold or priorities are changed. This is pretty frustrating as well as confusing. I’m not able to understand how these people decide things. Every time I was pushed to go through whole hiring process with multiple rounds of interviews as quickly as possible (within 10-15 days approx) and then suddenly nothing. I’m not sure why these peoples are wasting theirs as well as others time. This just feels stupid. How should I tackle this situation going forward?

Need answer to just one thing. Do you guys intentionally ghost candidates or do you guys intentionally ghost candidates? 🙂

Don't apply them for the position of designer They have so many rounds for juniors In the final round you will understand all designers act like they only know design. your ideas will be least respected and in the end HR also doesn't reply 1month whole process. Utter time wasting process Not worth to join them

So one company had scheduled a meeting with me and then at the time of interviewed nobody joined. Then the HR is giving fake explanations that was very stupid. I am having trust issues now to go and apply for any other interviews , its really bullish they are just wasting our time and energy .

Which company did you have the worst interview experience with?

I was going to join a company in gurgaon. Had 2 rounds of interviews with them and 1 psychrometric test. Both interviews & the test happened on wednesday. On thursday i got email from HR asking details like Aadhar, PAN card and salary slips etc. At First I called the HR to share any offer letter or salary details (neither we negotiated), but she said it will all be after i share the details. Taking it as a win, i shared all of the details. Now on Friday evening i got an email from HR that they cant move further with my candidature. I called the HR to find out, she said it is because i failed the psychrometric test. WTF ? Now i am genuinely concerned if this was scam?

Ghosted by recruiter after they gave verbal acceptance 10 days ago. One of my other offers expired during this time and now the recruiters are not replying to my emails at all. Have included the hiring manager in the emails as well. But no one is responding.

My cousin is joining this small (15 people) agency/startup and has been asked these IMO Previous employer's offer letter and payslips are kinda sus? Thoughts? P.S. Offer letter has still not been processed What should be shared and what not?
