I understand.. you.. sometimes it's not the company at fault. Could be the entity who is leading causing the trouble and causing this discomfort.
However point taken. You might be right too..
But it's just an opportunity which am seeking to explore further. I have few know people in Deloitte who have been settled well in their job. It's just that acquaintance is not that much to ask for job.
