Job switch

There is no right time to switch jobs and no wrong time to fight difficulties. The thing you should focus on is getting paid more to face difficulties. This is how i am looking at my job change. Keep in mind the fact that there is a risk your next company may fire you easily when things go south but it is quite clear that your current employer will not give good hike as well
