I am currently working in EY GDS and is loking for a change. I have around 4.5 yrs of experience in fund accounting domain and currently working on focused reporting. Can anyone help me with referrals. Want to go back to my consultant role of onboarding.

Hello Everyone, Can someone enlighten me about the Supervising Associate (Rank 64) position in EY GDS. How good or bad it is? What the next Destination in progression? What is the role of counsellor? I can see my counsellor in my onboarding portal , so do they ever change? If you know anything more than this, or any further observation please do write it. Thanks.

Currently in GDS Tax (AM position) - Got an offer from RSM. EY is ready to match the offer. Any suggestions if I should stay or leave ? Compensation was the only issue which they are ready to match, hence confused.
