Bangalore water scarcity
How many of you guys are getting work from home in Bangalore because of water scarcity?
Enough said. Get your shit together, BBMP. Mandate a WFH and shut the tech parks down honestly. At least SWE jobs.
what will WFH achieve when people don’t have water at their homes?
It allows us to get out of here mate.
How would wfh help save water? If anything the demand for water will be even higher with everyone at home
People see online posts and actually think its the whole of Bengaluru. I am in Bengaluru and I have spoken yo many at work and in my personal circle and none of them are facing it. If it was that like whole of Bengaluru then already the govt would have announced it. Yeah, i know that just because i am not facing it, others are not-not facing the problem, but the percentage of people facing it is too low to declare wfh for everyone
I agree but they can divert this fucking fountain + waterfront in all these tech parks to places that actually require it is my point.
Nah bruv we haven’t got that much of scarcity that internet has been portraying. Its just that some guys want the cost of tankers to increase so they have withheld the water sources and they are playing this game. Bengaluru has been using the tankers for water fulfilment since 2000s
So roles apart from SWE are sub-human in your eyes?
How many of you guys are getting work from home in Bangalore because of water scarcity?
Do you guys think TCS will give work from home for Bangalore location, because of water issue in Bangalore.
Bangalore, my 'Karm Bhoomi' and the heart of the global software industry, is facing an acute #water crisis. With taps running dry and a pricing war waging over water tankers, the situation is reminiscent of Arrakis, where only the rich ...
Companies should declare WFH to avoid extra burden on freshners 😂
What is the water timing in your area ? How bad has it affected your daily routine? How are you managing through this crisis ?
