Indians consider Fortuner over Gwagon

CosmicLlama

Indians are not outdoorsy people. There are people doing things now. But nowhere close to a German or any European.

There are many techies who call themselves car lover and bike lover. Go to team bhp, you will find people talking about adventure and long drives. How many car enthusiasts can change a flat?. Or change the oil? Among techies I find this more of a peer pressure than any true love towards cars.

What makes G Wagon less in India?

because most entrepreneurs work very hard so they have some guilt in spending.

most entrepreneurs who own luxury cars, mostly made quick money in short time.. ex. dream11

Lol.. guilt in spending?... Once the company reaches profitability, the first thing they buy is a luxury car. Why?. To reduce their taxable income.

It's an illogical car, the G Wagen. Better luxury SUVs at the price.

Also one of the only Austria built Mercs. And the design was 'forced' on Mercedes by the Iranians.
